Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be made via our website, phone, or email.
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.00. Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless pre-arranged otherwise. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit card, and electronic transfer.
Access to Property
You agree to provide us with access to your property as needed to perform the cleaning services. This includes ensuring that all keys, codes, or other access tools are provided ahead of time.
Liability and Insurance
We are fully insured and take all necessary precautions to protect your property. However, we are not liable for any accidental damage that may occur during our services. If you have any specific items of value, please inform us before the cleaning begins.
Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will address your concerns promptly.

You agree to inform us of any health hazards present in your home or business that we should be aware of. We will follow all necessary health and safety protocols while on your property.
